Melanin Silk is our signature rich, silky-soft “melt-on-contact” balm, intentionally structured to balance richness, slip, and skin-softening occlusivity rather than leaning fully body butter or fully body oil. With ingredients sourced from Nigeria, Ghana, Togo, Ivory Coast and Brazil, this beautifully formulated balm was created as a personal love letter to my West African roots and a full circle celebration of self-love to all the beautiful brown shades of the melanin rainbow.

The high Shea Butter, Palm Kernel and Coconut oils give a dense, protective and conditioning melt, while the Babassu and Baobab oils keep the texture breathable and from feeling overly heavy, creating the impression of a warm, conditioning body glaze designed to leave skin deeply nourished with a radiant finish. The finishing hibiscus infusion leaves the skin with a beautiful sun-kissed glow and a touchable soft finish that feels like skin being enveloped in featherlight, African royal silk gently warmed by the sun. Richer than a body oil and lighter than a traditional body butter, Melanin Silk is crafted to cocoon your skin in lasting moisture, silky softness, and a deep nourishing glow, transforming a daily moisturizing routine into a luxurious self-care ritual.
